Wheat Banana Cake
Ingredients:
Regular
wheat flour 2 cups
Semolina (Sooji) 1 cup
Buttermilk
(Chanch) 1 cup
Baking Soda 1 small Tsp.
Sugar 1 ½ cup
Banana 1 (mashed)
Cooking Oil 1/4
cup
Method:
1. Take
wheat flour, semolina and mix them together and keep aside.
2. Take a
large bowl and put mashed banana in it then slowly add sugar to it and mix it
thoroughly. After a while it will get fluffy. Add cooking oil and mix it
thoroughly.
3. Now slowly
add wheat and semolina mixture into this mashed fluffy banana paste in the
large bowl. Mix it well with a big ladle.
4. Now
add buttermilk and mix it with a beater.
5. Put some
milk if necessary to make a smooth paste.
6. At last
put baking soda and again mix it for 4-5 minutes and keep it aside for 2 hours.
After 2
hours preheat your oven for 5 minutes, take the baking dish and spread some oil
in it and sprinkle some flour on it, then pour cake mixture in baking dish. Bake
the cake on 350c for 30 min or till it gets brown(you can check it with a knife).
Tip:
You can
put some dry fruits in the cake mixture, it will enhance the taste of your cake
